Christian leaders are chosen by God, not based on outward abilities or qualifications but on their character and relationship with Him. The Bible provides many examples of unlikely leaders being chosen, such as Moses in his old age, David as a boy, and Noah for his righteousness. God looks at the heart and chooses leaders who will obey Him completely and make Him the center of their lives. Christian leadership is about serving God rather than gaining influence or recognition from people.

8. Some say Leaders are made. Highly educated – broad based education in which they have degrees across fields (BA in education, Masters in Business, PhD in Psychology).

9. Specialized education – they are involved in research and become experts in certain field(s).

10. They acquire various skills. I know of a pastor who was hired coz he knew how to play golf.

11. These are people who will constantly acquire certificates & skills to keep ahead of others to have influence – to be marketable. Are Christian Leaders made?
