LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY IN SCRIPTURES
1 Samuel 16:15-23 [KJV]
15 And Saul's servants said unto him, Behold now, an evil spirit from God troubleth thee. 16 Let our
lord now command thy servants, [which are] before thee, to seek out a man, [who is] a cunning
player on an harp: and it shall come to pass, when the evil spirit from God is upon thee, that he
shall play with his hand, and thou shalt be well. 17 And Saul said unto his servants, Provide me now
a man that can play well, and bring [him] to me.18 Then answered one of the servants, and said,
Behold, I have seen a son of Jesse the Bethlehemite, [that is] cunning in playing, and a mighty
valiant man, and a man of war, and prudent in matters, and a comely person, and the LORD [is]
with him.8 19 Wherefore Saul sent messengers unto Jesse, and said, Send me David thy son, which
[is] with the sheep.20 And Jesse took an ass [laden] with bread, and a bottle of wine, and a kid, and
sent [them] by David his son unto Saul.21 And David came to Saul, and stood before him: and he
loved him greatly; and he became his armourbearer. 22 And Saul sent to Jesse, saying, Let David, I
pray thee, stand before me; for he hath found favour in my sight.23 And it came to pass, when the
[evil] spirit from God was upon Saul, that David took an harp, and played with his hand: so Saul was
refreshed, and was well, and the evil spirit departed from him.
LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY IN SCRIPTURES
Daniel 1:3-7 [KJV]
3 And the king spake unto Ashpenaz the master of his eunuchs, that he should bring
[certain] of the children of Israel, and of the king's seed, and of the princes;4 Children in
whom [was] no blemish, but well favoured, and skilful in all wisdom, and cunning in
knowledge, and understanding science, and such as [had] ability in them to stand in the
king's palace, and whom they might teach the learning and the tongue of the Chaldeans. 5
And the king appointed them a daily provision of the king's meat, and of the wine which
he drank: so nourishing them three years, that at the end thereof they might stand before
the king.1 6 Now among these were of the children of Judah, Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael,
and Azariah:7 Unto whom the prince of the eunuchs gave names: for he gave unto Daniel
[the name] of Belteshazzar; and to Hananiah, of Shadrach; and to Mishael, of Meshach;
and to Azariah, of Abednego.
LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY IN SCRIPTURES
Daniel 1:8-16 [KJV]
8 But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king's
meat, nor with the wine which he drank: therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuchs that
he might not defile himself. 9 Now God had brought Daniel into favour and tender love with the
prince of the eunuchs. 10 And the prince of the eunuchs said unto Daniel, I fear my lord the king,
who hath appointed your meat and your drink: for why should he see your faces worse liking than
the children which [are] of your sort? then shall ye make [me] endanger my head to the king.2 3 11
Then said Daniel to Melzar, whom the prince of the eunuchs had set over Daniel, Hananiah,
Mishael, and Azariah,4 12 Prove thy servants, I beseech thee, ten days; and let them give us pulse to
eat, and water to drink.5 6 13 Then let our countenances be looked upon before thee, and the
countenance of the children that eat of the portion of the king's meat: and as thou seest, deal with
thy servants. 14 So he consented to them in this matter, and proved them ten days. 15 And at the
end of ten days their countenances appeared fairer and fatter in flesh than all the children which
did eat the portion of the king's meat. 16 Thus Melzar took away the portion of their meat, and the
wine that they should drink; and gave them pulse.
LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY IN SCRIPTURES
Daniel 1:17-21 [KJV]
17 As for these four children, God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and
wisdom: and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams.7 18 Now at the end of the
days that the king had said he should bring them in, then the prince of the eunuchs
brought them in before Nebuchadnezzar.19 And the king communed with them; and
among them all was found none like Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah: therefore
stood they before the king.20 And in all matters of wisdom [and] understanding, that the
king enquired of them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians [and]
astrologers that [were] in all his realm.8 21 And Daniel continued [even] unto the first year
of king Cyrus.
LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY IN JESUS’ TIME
Luke 22:24-30 [KJV]
24 And there was also a strife among them, which of them should be accounted the
greatest.25 And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them;
and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors.26 But ye [shall] not [be]
so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he
that doth serve.27 For whether [is] greater, he that sitteth at meat, or he that serveth? [is]
not he that sitteth at meat? but I am among you as he that serveth.28 Ye are they which
have continued with me in my temptations.29 And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my
Father hath appointed unto me;30 That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom,
and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Matthew 20:25 [KJV]
25 But Jesus called them [unto him], and said, Ye know that the princes of the
Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise
authority upon them. 26 But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will
be great among you, let him be your minister; 27 And whosoever will be chief
among you, let him be your servant:
LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY IN THE TIME OF THE HOLYGHOST
 Jesus felt some level of limitation with the audience of His day
because they did not have the mind of the Holy Ghost that will
enable them to understand the depth of truth He wanted to
share with the people.
 Jesus had no choice other than to handover to the Holy Ghost
the dissemination of such truths to the people.
 In this age of the Holy Ghost, it has pleased the Father to expose
us to the whole counsel of God.
 The Holy Ghost is showing us the skills we need to dominate our
world for God through Christ
LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY IN THE TIME OF THE HOLYGHOST
Romans 8:30
 30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also
called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and
whom he justified, them he also glorified.
LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY IN THE TIME OF THE HOLYGHOST
2 Peter 1:2-3
2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of
God, and of Jesus our Lord,3 According as his divine power hath
given unto us all things that [pertain] unto life and godliness,
through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and
virtue:3 4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious
promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature,
having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY IN THE TIME OF THE HOLYGHOST
1 John 2:27
27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you,
and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing
teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it
hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.2
