The Need
The Need Despite struggling with different diets and exercise strategies,  people are not achieving optimal results.
Some Questions
Some Questions -  How many calories do I burn? -  How does my metabolism work? -  I have been on a diet for a long time, why don’t I see enough results? -  Is my metabolism damaged because of all the diets I was on? -  What is the suitable weight  for my body type? -  I exercise 4 times a week, why don’t I see results? -  Do I have to exercise to loose weight? -  Do I drink enough? -  Why do weight watchers assign the same amount of  points to everybody, aren’t we different heights and body types?
