Summary
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) is a four-year
undergraduate degree programme that teaches students
about the properties and effects of pharmaceutical drugs. PCI
has prescribed a four-year B.Pharm. Curriculum divided into
eight semesters. Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry,
Pharmacognosy, and Pharmacology are the core pharmacy
subjects. In addition, the programme emphasises hospital
training and industrial visits.

ELIGIBILTY
CRITERIA
The Candidate should have passed
10+2 examination with Physics,
Chemistry, English, Mathematics and/
or Biology as optional subjects
individually. Obtained at least 45%
marks (40% in case of candidates
belonging to reserved category) in
the above subjects taken together
<br>OR<br> Passed Diploma
examination with at least 45% marks
(40% in case of candidates belonging
to reserved category), subject to
vacancies in the First Year, in case
the vacancies at lateral entry are
exhausted. The student should at
least 17 years old on or before 31st
December of year of admission to the
course.
