Azim Hashim Premji is an Indian businessman who is currently the chairman of Wipro Limited. He took over as chairman of his family's vegetable oil business at the young age of 21 and oversaw its transformation into one of India's largest IT companies. Premji is known for his value-based leadership, humble nature, and focus on building Wipro into a company with a strong culture and value system. He is currently the 3rd richest man in India with most of his wealth coming from his 79% ownership of Wipro.
