 Quality assurance for construction work according to design documents & specifications.
 Handling labor teams, foremen and contractors.
 Technical coordination between Architectural, Structural and MEP construction
documents.
 Preparing workshop drawings for the required details to support the construction team.
 Assisting the PM in cost estimation and cash flow for the new tasks during the project.
 Quantities take off for executed works at site.
 Reviewing contractors’ invoices.

 Inspecting the construction work and assure that it is done in full accordance with the
drawings, technical specifications.
 Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor
force and the work of any subcontractors.
 Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed quality.
