Responsibilities include: Primarily working on DuPont sites including the
Experimental Station and DuPont Stine Haskell. Daily duties include field
construction of a project in accordance with the established policies,
procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the client.
Coordinate movement of materials and equipment to work locations and
sets up work site for contractors. Completes and reviews records,
maintains tools and equipment, and performs various cleanup activities.
Supervise daily physical construction of the project, subcontractor
direction, and daily safety protocol in accordance to DuPont standards.
Technical input for schedule creation, subcontracting strategy,
subcontractor scopes of work, quality of construction, schedule
adherence, budget containment, safety procedures, and labor cost control.

Responsibilities include: design, construct and install concrete forms for
piers, motors, pumps and large equipment. Interior carpentry i.e. tile
flooring, ceilings and windows. Participated in construction of Homeland
Security Offices at Chambers Works. Involved with shutdowns, start-ups,
paperwork for Job Safety and permitting.
