           mode of relationship

‘Ax’= relational potention of every human being
Interactions: game of strenghts, power in the field of
  human relationships

 actional way of looking)
opposite

conflict distance harmony
   In zone of harmony:
     offering/giving       accepting/asking

   In zone of distance:
     (with)holding          letting go, undergoing

   In zone of conflict:
     Confronting           resisting
   In harmony and conflict axen we meet the other
    person – a lot of contact




   In removal axen we meet ... ourselves – out of
    contact
   When a person is ‘stuck’ in his ax

   When there is no more movement in the axen (in
    the interaction)

   Owl, turtle, hawk, capricorn: all 6 stakes
   Both sides have influence on the relationship

   Be aware of the effect you have on other persons
   Mutual respect
