Cloud development is inherently different than data center development. Understanding those differences, and architecting for them is critical to successful cloud solutions. In this workshop, we will both describe Netflix OSS platform components and show you how you can piece them together to build your own fault-tolerant REST services. These include: Hystrix, Ribbon, Eureka, and Archaius. In this hands-on lab, you will both learn the benefits of each of these services and use them in a sample application (in a test account). Arash will also compare other PaaS solutions like AppScale, CloudBees, OpenShift and Jelastic and show if and how OpenCms can work with them. He will introduce you to the Cloud Federation concept, which helps to avoid vendor lock-in with private, public and hybrid cloud environments. Last but not least, he will explain how to achieve a high level of data security in Open Clouds, so that even system administrators won’t be able to access your OpenCms data. This session is targeted at all types of OpenCms users, such as business users, service providers and developers.

Our project entitled “Water Billing Management System” aims is to generate Water bill with all the charges and penalty. Manual system that is employed is extremely laborious and quite inadequate. It only makes the process more difficult and hard.
The aim of our project is to develop a system that is meant to partially computerize the work performed in the Water Board like generating monthly Water bill, record of consuming unit of water, store record of the customer and previous unpaid record.
We used HTML/PHP as front end and MYSQL as back end for developing our project. HTML is primarily a visual design environment. We can create a android application by designing the form and that make up the user interface. Adding android application code to the form and the objects such as buttons and text boxes on them and adding any required support code in additional modular.

Hierarchical Digital Twin of a Naval Power SystemKerry Sado
A hierarchical digital twin of a Naval DC power system has been developed and experimentally verified. Similar to other state-of-the-art digital twins, this technology creates a digital replica of the physical system executed in real-time or faster, which can modify hardware controls. However, its advantage stems from distributing computational efforts by utilizing a hierarchical structure composed of lower-level digital twin blocks and a higher-level system digital twin. Each digital twin block is associated with a physical subsystem of the hardware and communicates with a singular system digital twin, which creates a system-level response. By extracting information from each level of the hierarchy, power system controls of the hardware were reconfigured autonomously. This hierarchical digital twin development offers several advantages over other digital twins, particularly in the field of naval power systems. The hierarchical structure allows for greater computational efficiency and scalability while the ability to autonomously reconfigure hardware controls offers increased flexibility and responsiveness. The hierarchical decomposition and models utilized were well aligned with the physical twin, as indicated by the maximum deviations between the developed digital twin hierarchy and the hardware.

3. Shortly about X-Ray
X-rays make up X-radiation, a form of high-energy electromagnetic radiation. Most
X-rays have a wavelength ranging from 0.01 to 10 nanometers, corresponding to
frequencies in the range 30 petahertz to 30 exahertz (3×1016 Hz to 3×1019 Hz) and
energies in the range 100 eV to 100 keV. X-ray wavelengths are shorter than those
of UV rays and typically longer than those of gamma rays. In many languages,
X-radiation is referred to as Röntgen radiation, after the German scientist Wilhelm
Röntgen, who discovered it on November 8, 1895. He named it X-radiation to
signify an unknown type of radiation. Spelling of X-ray(s) in the English language
includes the variants x-ray(s), xray(s), and X ray(s).
