Elaine has been Regional Coordinator the West Midlands since the region was
first created 8 years ago. More recently she has served as Chair of our Regional
Volunteer Coordinators Support Network.
Elaine is a great role model and support for our Branch Coordinators and their
teams. She has played a vital role in building a strong regional team in the West
Midlands and helping to ensure the local branches thrive. Over the years she
has supported numerous branch revivals, helped create new branches extend-
ing NCT's reach and has always been a strong advocate for our volunteers and
smaller branches.
In total Elaine has been volunteering and supporting NCT in her various differ-
ent roles for over 11 years; in her Breast Feeding Peer Supporter role alone she
has supported hundreds of parents. It is great to know that she will continue to
volunteer with her local branch Southam and Villages and the West Midlands
regional team. As she is stepping down from her Regional Coordinator role and
role as Chair of RVSN in the next couple of weeks however we wanted to take
this opportunity to publicly thank her for her valuable contributions to NCT as
Regional Coordinator and beyond over the years.
