The document describes a study that investigated the non-isothermal crystallization behavior of polyamide 6 (PA6) and multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWNT)/PA6 composites using differential scanning calorimetry. Various kinetic models were evaluated to analyze the crystallization data. The combined Avrami and Ozawa equation provided the best description of the crystallization processes. The results showed that while MWNTs acted as nucleating agents and increased crystallization onset temperatures, they also hindered the diffusion and growth of PA6 crystallites, slowing the overall crystallization rate compared to neat PA6 under non-isothermal conditions.
