2007-Promoted to a Maintenance Technician 3 transferred to new construction lease up
Avalon Lyndhurst.
2008-Promoted to Supervisor and transferred to Rutherford Station.
2008-Transferred to Tinton Falls as Supervisor. Also Supervised Aberdeen Station
acquisition for several months while Manager Position was vacant.
2009-Promoted to Manager at Avalon Cove in Jersey City.

PROJECTS
-Helped start up Lyndhurst maintenance as only technician through new construction and
most of the lease up for 4 months in 2007.
-Promoted to Supervisor for Rutherford Station and managed Capital Expenditures
Rehabilitation project for ADA compliance issues at Rutherford Station. Moving front
door entrances and laundry/kitchen walls in 75% of occupied apartment homes to allow
for correct clearance required by building codes for ADA compliance.
-Managed Tinton Falls to help resolve construction issues from lease up causing
customer service issues.
-Managed Avalon Cove through severe pest control issues causing customer service
issues.
-Managed 42 Acre Acquisition in Southern CA while under full rehab with major
roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, bee hive stucco remediation and major
dry rot termite remediation repairs.
-Managed Wesmont Station after lease up in Wood-Ridge NJ to resolve construction
issues at the community.
