(1)辅助设备的概念 Define of auxiliary equipment
辅助设备是相对于水电厂的主机设备而言的。辅助设备是指
为控制机组的启动、并网、调整负荷、保持转速恒定、工况转
换、停机、润滑、冷却、制动和防飞逸等服务的设备。辅助设
备对保证水电厂和水力机组的安全经济运行、机组出力和电能
质量等方面起着决定性作用。
Auxiliary equipment refers to those ones to serve the startup,
synchronization, load adjustment, maintaining of constant speed,
shifting of working conditions, shutdown, lubrication, cooling,
brake and anti-runaway of the units. It plays a key role in assuring
such aspects as safe and economic operation of hydropower
stations and hydropower sets.

1 概述 Overview
4. 1)油系统 Oil system
油系统是水电厂辅助设备中最基本的系统之一。水电厂的用油种类较多,但
主要的是透平油(润滑油)和绝缘油。其中透平油主要用于润滑、散热和液
压操作,绝缘油主要用于绝缘、散热和消弧。
Oil system is one of the most fundamental systems in the auxiliary
equipment of hydropower station. Among a variety of oil types in
hydropower station, turbine oil (lubricating oil) and insulating oil
are widely used, for the former is mainly used for lubrication,
cooling and hydraulic operation, while the latter is mainly used for
insulation, cooling and arc suppression.

5. 2)压缩空气系统 Compressed air system
水电厂的压缩空气系统一般包括中压和低压两个分系统。其中低压系统主要
用于机组调相、机组制动、水轮机检修密封、吹扫和风动工具等;而中压系
统主要用于油压操作系统中维持压力油的油压稳定和在配电装置中实现气动
操作等。
Compressed air system of hydropower station is composed of two
sub-systems in general: medium pressure and low pressure system.
The former one ( medium pressure system) is mainly used for
maintaining stable oil pressure in oil pressure operating system and
conducting pneumatic operation of distribution devices; and the
latter( low pressure system) is mostly applied for set phase
modulation, set braking, turbine maintenance sealing, set
maintenance purging and pneumatic tools, etc.

6. 3)供水系统 Water supply system
水电厂的供水包括技术供水、消防供水和生活供水三个部分。在辅助设备系
统中,一般只考虑技术供水和消防供水两部分。其中技术供水也称为生产供
水,主要用于对机组相关设备的润滑、冷却和水轮机主轴密封等,有时也做
操作能源用;消防供水主要用于发电机、主变、主厂房和油系统的消防。
Water supply in hydropower station includes three parts: technical
water system, fire fighting water system and living water system.
Often only the former two systems are considered for the auxiliary
equipment system. In which the technical water supply is also called
production water supply, and mainly used for lubrication, cooling
and sealing of turbine main shaft, etc., or occasionally as operating
power; and fire fighting water is mainly used for fire prevention of
generator, main transformer, main powerhouse and oil system.

8. 5)水轮机进水阀 Water turbine Inlet valve
水轮机进水阀是指设置在水轮机蜗壳与压力管道之间的阀门,主要用于停机
时减少机组的漏水量、岔管引水电厂的机组检修,以及管道较长和水头较高
的机组事故时防飞逸等。由于其投资昂贵,并不是所有的电厂都要设置进水
阀。
Water turbine Inlet valve refers to the valve installed between
turbine spiral case and penstock, and it is mainly used for water
leakage reduction of the turbine, set maintenance of hydropower
station connected to diversion bifurcation, and prevent possible
runaway of the sets with long pipe and high water head in an
accident, etc. However, as the valve is very expensive, not all the
hydropower stations are equipped with the inlet valve.

9. 6)通风空调系统 Ventilation and air conditioner system
通风系统用于排除在电力生产过程中产生的有害气体与灰尘,保证身处其中
的工作人员的身体健康,保证电力设备的正常安全运行。通风系统还用于排
除电力生产过程中产生的热量,避免温度过高。除设置通风系统外,在电厂
的部分区域还设置有空调系统,以便为电厂工作人员提供更加舒适的工作环
境。
The ventilation system is used to remove hazardous gases and dusts
generated in the power generation. This is for ensuring that the
staffs in the buildings are physically healthy and power equipment
can normally and safely operate. Also, it is used to reject heat
generated in power generation and avoiding the temperature from
being too high. In some areas of the hydropower station, Air
conditioner system is also arranged to provide a safer and more
comfortable working environment for staffs.

10. 7)水力量测系统 Hydraulic measuring system
水力量测系统是水电厂辅助设备的重要的系统之一,也是水电
厂自动化系统的重要组成部分。水力量测系统用于监测机组相
关设备运行状态,为相应设备的安全运行提供保障。
Hydraulic measuring system is an important system in the
auxiliary equipment and an important part of the automatic system
of hydropower station. It is used for monitoring operation status of
related set equipment and guaranteeing safe operation of the
equipment.

11. 为了进行厂内机电设备的安装与检修,水电厂需要配置起重设备与机修设备。
对起重设备,一般是在主厂房内装设桥式起重机,在上下游闸门或其它有起
重要求的地方可装设门式或半门式起重机。机修设备的的配置一般根据电厂
具体情况进行综合考虑,使之既能满足电厂检修工作的需要,又能节省投资。
Hoisting and maintenance equipment should be prepared in
hydropower station for the purpose of installation and maintenance
of electromechanical equipment. As for hoisting equipment,
overhead crane is generally set in main powerhouse. Aiming at
installation and maintenance of intake gate, gantry crane should be
erected on the top of dam, and tail water gate should be equipped
with tail water gate hoist or electric hoist. The layout of
maintenance equipment should be comprehensively considered
according to the specific conditions of hydropower station so as to
meet the needs of maintenance and save investments.
