2. Valentine has a vision to offer a solution that will save automobile

dealers time and money, by providing a virtual automated BDC

center.

3. Automobilebdc.com will handle the dealerships prospects and

ultimately get them on the showroom floor!

4. Automobilebdc.com will also provide tracking results as to which

advertising medium is working the best, so that the dealership can

spend less money on advertising that doesn’t work and focus on the

advertising that is bringing in the most leads.

5. Automobilebdc.com will also compile important data to be

submitted to the dealerships 20 groups!

6. Automobilebdc.com will provide fast and efficient service to any

and all dealers that need our help!

• Matthew Valentine CEO and President

• Matthew has a musical background but landed in the Car

  business 20 years ago when he open a used car dealership. Since

  he first started in the business he has honed his skills as savant in

  the car business by not only being a dealer principle but also by

  establishing one of the most successful road show sales teams in

  the business.

• Jason Parman The Internet Guy

• Jason Parman has been in the automobile business for 10 years,

  starting out as a salesman and working his way up to Internet

  Manager/Business Development Manager. His passion for

  consulting and success is only trumped by the love of his

  daughters.




               Market Summary
•   BDC’s have long been a staple for dealerships to handle their

    incoming leads, whether it may be phone calls or e-mails. The

    set-back to the traditional BDC is the employee turn over is high

    and the dealership is constantly having to train new employees.

    Which in tells time and money. We all know how precious those

    are, so we have noticed a change in the traditional BDC to a sole

    Internet Manager and maybe a few Internet Specialists. If you

    have a great Internet Manager, consider yourself lucky, but how

    nice would it be if you could eliminate that position and

    completely make your Internet Department Automated? That is

• Automobliebdc.com will offer dealers quick response, constant

  contact, constant follow-up and will create a friendly atmosphere

  to any and all prospects. Our staff will be knowledgeable on all

  new and used cars and will be an extension of the dealer’s sales

  staff.

• Automobilebdc.com will amass endless streams of data for the

  dealership so that they can make educated decisions to what

  online advertising medium is working the best for their

  particular dealership.

• Automobilebdc.com will save the dealer precious time and

  money by eliminating the high turn over of a BDC and

  eliminating salaries and comp benefits of those individuals.

• Automobilebdc.com will compile that important data to be

  submitted to the dealers 20 group.




           Goals and Objectives
• Year one objective is to sign 30 new dealers at a monthly charge

    of $5000 a month. This will allow Automobilebdc.com to have a

    net profit each month of $150,000 before expenses.

•   Year two objective is to have a network of 70 dealers at a

    monthly charge of $5000 a month. This will allow

    Automobilebdc.com to have a net profit each month of $350,000

    a month before expenses.

• By year Five our ultimate goal is to have 300 dealers at a

    monthly charge of $5000 a month. This will allow

    Automobilebdc.com to have a new profit each month of $1.5

    million an month before expenses

Valentine has a vision to offer a solution that will save automobile dealers time and money, by providing a virtual automated BDC center. 3. Automobilebdc.com will handle the dealerships prospects and ultimately get them on the showroom floor! 4. Automobilebdc.com will also provide tracking results as to which advertising medium is working the best, so that the dealership can spend less money on advertising that doesn’t work and focus on the advertising that is bringing in the most leads. 5. Automobilebdc.com will also compile important data to be submitted to the dealerships 20 groups! 6.   • 3. • Matthew Valentine CEO and President • Matthew has a musical background but landed in the Car business 20 years ago when he open a used car dealership. Since he first started in the business he has honed his skills as savant in the car business by not only being a dealer principle but also by establishing one of the most successful road show sales teams in the business. • Jason Parman The Internet Guy • Jason Parman has been in the automobile business for 10 years, starting out as a salesman and working his way up to Internet Manager/Business Development Manager. His passion for consulting and success is only trumped by the love of his daughters. Market Summary
  • 4. BDC’s have long been a staple for dealerships to handle their incoming leads, whether it may be phone calls or e-mails. The set-back to the traditional BDC is the employee turn over is high and the dealership is constantly having to train new employees. Which in tells time and money. We all know how precious those are, so we have noticed a change in the traditional BDC to a sole Internet Manager and maybe a few Internet Specialists. If you have a great Internet Manager, consider yourself lucky, but how nice would it be if you could eliminate that position and completely make your Internet Department Automated? This will allow Automobilebdc.com to have a net profit each month of $150,000 before expenses. • Year two objective is to have a network of 70 dealers at a monthly charge of $5000 a month. This will allow Automobilebdc.com to have a net profit each month of $350,000 a month before expenses. • By year Five our ultimate goal is to have 300 dealers at a monthly charge of $5000 a month. This will allow Automobilebdc.com to have a new profit each month of $1.5 million an month before expenses
