This document describes an automatic dish washing machine that was designed to ease the difficulty of hand washing dishes. The machine uses a rotating plate coupled to a DC motor via spur gears to gently wash dishes with high-pressure water sprayed from a pump. It allows dishes to be washed smoothly without any impact force. Some advantages are that it makes washing easier, uses easy water circulation, requires no manual power, and is easy to use and repair. However, it has a high initial cost and requires careful maintenance. The machine is intended for small to medium homes and commercial applications like hotels and cafeterias.

1. AUTOMATIC DISH WASHING MACHINE
SYNOPSIS
This project work titled “FABRICATION OF AUTOMATIC DISH
WASHING MACHINE” has been conceived having studied the difficulty in washing
the any type of plates.
Our survey in the regard in several home, revealed the facts that mostly some
difficulty occurs in washing the dish in Hand. The washing power contains the chemical
substances and this is reacting with human hand.
Now the project has mainly concentrated on this difficulty, and hence a suitable
device has been designed. Such that the dish washing can be done without application of
any impact force.
INTRODUCTION
This device the automatic dish washing machine has been developed to later the
needs of small and medium home application, who are normally man powered. In most of
the house the dish are washed by using human hand. This needs more time and high
working load.
In order to avoid all such disadvantages. This, machine has been designed in such
a way that it can be used to washing the plate very smoothly without any impact force.
The operation is made be simple that even an unskilled labour can handled, by just
demonstrating the working of the dish washing machine once.

2. The d.c motor is coupled with the rotating plate by spur gear mechanism. The
shaft rotates depends upon the rotation of D.C motor by spur gear mechanism. The high
forced water is sprayed to the rotating plate by water pump. This is a simple type of
automation project.
