Change moves fast, work moves fast, and
life moves fast
4
But the faster we move with it…
5
We make more mistakes
6
We have more stress
7
We lose more time

Get some time back!
9
What five things in
your day do you
think you could
automate?
10
Time-consuming, repetitive,
low value tasks
Tasks you HATE doing
Tasks that don’t help you
reach your overall career
and business goals
Tasks that computers are
well-suited to complete
What to Automate
11
Things that require a human
touch
Things that you should stop
doing altogether
Things you LOVE to do
Tasks that take longer to
automate than they do to
complete
What NOT to Automate

Creating Rules
You can batch process
your images to resize them all.
To do this, open Photoshop, then
go to File > Automate > Batch.
You should now see
the Batch window.
Choose the set that you created
your action in, and then choose
your action.

• Recurring invoices
• Status communications
• Filling out forms
• Meal Planning
• Recurring appointments
• Bill paying
• File back-up
• Tasks in your personal life (Roomba,
anyone?)

task, take a step toward
automating that task.
