This study examines the impact of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees' performance at an electricity company in Indonesia. The authors surveyed employees to measure these factors and used statistical analysis methods like descriptive analysis and structural equation modeling. The results showed that job satisfaction and organizational commitment positively influence OCB. Job satisfaction also affects organizational commitment. Additionally, organizational commitment and OCB were found to positively influence employees' performance, while job satisfaction did not directly impact performance. Overall, job satisfaction and organizational commitment were found to indirectly affect performance through their influence on OCB.
