are treated as though they are lower migration risk
(similar to the current Assessment Level 1)

Interview will be conducted by the university
Verify the financial documentation.
After successful interview and financial document
verification , student should pay 1st sem tuition fee.
Based on that the university will issue the
ECOE(electronic confirmation of enrolment)
