We are a group of Welding Engineers who has been working in Singapore Oil & Gas industry
more than 10 years. After seeing many companies are wasting so much money and time by
failing mechanical test and not complying CODE & customer specification, we decide to set up
Welding Engineering Solution to eliminate such unnecessary failure and save money & time.

Our Services
We provided services as below.
 We provide Welding Engineer services yearly basis ( 2 time weekly visit )
 We provide Welding Engineer services contract based ( Full time on jobs site )
 We provide Inspector QA/QC contract based jobs ( Full time QA/QC on job site )
 We provide Welding Engineer for Qualification and Consultation based ( one time jobs )
 We manufacture as per customer design based on fabrication in Singapore and Batam
(Indonesia) our sub-contractor.
 We will find out the welding solution to increase the productivity of welding at shop
floor, selected suitable process, consumable based on product and customer requirement.

Our Scope
We provide expert services to all type of welding related industries,
 Provide technical guidance for preparation of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS)
for project specific requirement
 Reviewing welding specification & CODE
 Selection of materials, welding consumables & welding process in relations to product
and client’s requirement
 Welded joint design & distortion control
 Preparation and approval of WPS & PQR
 Responsible for formulation and testing of welding procedures
 Monitoring existing welding procedures
 Preparation and approval of Welder Qualification
 Provide training to new welders and welding inspectors in different materials on weld
failure analysis and eliminating weld defect problems
 Advising and implementing new weld process, interpret of customer's requirements at bid
stage
 Evaluates new developments in welding field for possible application to current welding
problems or production processes;
 Train QC personnel & welding inspector to check welder’s compliance with established
welding procedures, restrictions, and standards;
 Assist Shop floor to analyze and solve welding problems, train welders;
 Advice for better productivity with cost saving
Our Experience
Base on our experiences, here are areas of our expertise:
 We capable on Prepare all necessary documentations and qualify procedures such as
WPS, PQR & WPQR as per ASME IX, AWS D1.1, API, BS, Shell DEP & ExxonMobil
GP Specifications PED, DNV, Lloyds, GL and IGC Rules
 We Experience in welding of various materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel,
duplex / super duplex, stainless steel, Nickel steel, Copper steel, Titanium & Aluminum
