Here is what I ate during my 1st & 2nd day of the Atkins Fat Fast. This is my 2nd time to do it and I've lost 2lbs so far after only 1 day! :-) I've been stalled at my current weight for 6 months so I was thrilled to see the scale move again! I'm really looking forward to my continued weight loss results! I'll keep you posted.

The Fat Fast is a controlled carb program where you count calories. It was made for metabolically resistant people who can barely lose weight on any other diet. It can be dangerous for people who lose weight fairly easily on any diet because the rate of weight loss is too rapid to be safe.

It's my 3rd day of the fat fast and I'm so excited to see the final results tomorrow. I might even do another day of the fast, but I haven't quite decided yet.
Here is one of my favorite Low Carb recipes. It is very creamy and filling. I made this up one night when I was low on ingredients in my kitchen. I love when inventions turn out good!
