2. WORK EXPERIENCE:
 GAT at Reckitt Benckiser India Pvt Ltd, Sitarganj in production department (from
June, 2014 to June, 2015).
 Eliminated 2 man powers by implementing a conveyor on Lizol line for
automatically passing of outers from bottle feeding area to bottle packing
area, which was earlier done manually, making an annual profit of 6 lakhs.
 Standardize the stacking norms of outers on pallet, as such there was earlier
no standard stacking norm.
 Improve the outers coding condition by implementing railing guards onto the
Check Weigher conveyor in all the lines over the plant.
 Revised SOP (Standard operating procedure) for all the machines in whole
plant.
 Revised CLIT sheet for all the machines.
 Made HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) for the Bar soaps
contamination.
