in the north of Spain occupies a total area of
10 ,603.57 km², which inhabit approximately
1,054,408 people. Border west with the
province of Lugo (Galicia), on the north by the
Cantabrian Sea, east by Cantabria and south
with the province of Leon (Castilla y León).
