up.He was alsosupposedtocall themupon gettingitso theycouldall meetup.Thisshouldbe enough
to helpconvicthimof that crime.The publicintox charge wouldbe because he drankseveral bottlesof
beerat the bar and thenlefttogo out in publicandheadedtothe gas station. The theft charge would
probablybe pettytheftbecause atengalloncan of gasoline doesn’tcostthatmuch,howeveritis
obvioushe tookitfrom the gas stationandit can probablybe shownoncamera. The onlycharge I can

actionsintakingthe gas can causedthe oldman to chase afterhim andthus causedhimto be hitby the

thusbe killed.ThisiswhyIcan see himbeingchargedwiththisscenario.
