Secure attachment style:
I find it relatively easy to get close to others and am comfortable depending on them and having them depend on me. I do not often worry about being abandoned or about someone getting close to me.
Avoidant attachment style:
I am somewhat uncomfortable being close to others. I find it difficult to trust them completely and difficult to allow myself to depend on them. I am nervous when anyone gets too close, and often, love partners want me to be more intimate than I feel comfortable being.
Anxious/ambivalent attachment style:
I find that others are reluctant to get as close as I would like. I often worry that my partner does not really love me or will not want to stay with me. I want to merge completely with another person, and this desire sometimes scares people away. (Kenrick, Neuberg, & Cialdini, 2007 p.270)

Walexron is a publicly traded, US multinational corporation headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas, operating in all 50 states, Europe, Asia, South America, and Africa. In 2009, Walexron was created by the consolidation of a large discount retailer, express carrier, and energy company with the intent to become one of the most powerful and efficient companies in the world.
Manuel Perez was hired by Walexron as a full-time employee in one of the retail store in Brownsville, Texas, in 2009 and was terminated in 2012. Perez filed a lawsuit based on wrongful termination in which he asserted the company terminated him after he complained about various employment practices that violated state and federal laws. Walexron filed a petition to compel arbitration as required by the employee handbook. For the topic you choose:
Establish a clear thesis about your topic as part of the introductory paragraph (often the thesis is the last thing one determines after doing the basic research and outline; however it will be placed in the first paragraph of your paper).
This is a comparative essay. Comparison approached properly will require some critical thinking on your part. Use a point-by-point approach for the essay. That means, if comparing subject A with subject B, don't do the first half of the essay on subject A and then the second half on subject B--that will seem like two (2) separate essays and comparisons will tend to get lost. Instead, you should be mentioning both subjects in most of your paragraphs as you compare them throughout the essay. Comparisons will identify similarities as well as contrasts.

I do believe that genocide should involve the factor of intent. It is typical that criminals who have had a sense of intent for the crime that they committed receive a harsher sentence than those criminals who commit a crime for no reason or just for the hell of it. I also do not believe that there should be a broad definition to allow discretion. Discretion should occur in special circumstances when there are multiple crimes or other similar situations where genocide is not the only criminal act committed. Discretion is a powerful ability to give somebody, there is an opportunity to abuse it and manipulate it into one's agenda or doing. In the event that there was a more broad definition, I believe it would allow people who did not necessarily commit what we define as a genocidal action to then be sentenced for genocide. This could cause a different type of sentencing disparity that we have not really seen. We are aware of the disparities that occur due to race or gender, but if we made the definition of genocide more broad we might see a disparity for those who do not deserve the sentence we have given them. It seems like a far stretch but the generalization of genocide could be a downfall. We have set guidelines for murder, first degree versus second degree versus felony murder, manslaughter, voluntary versus involuntary, so it would simply make sense if we implemented the same strict guidelines for genocide as well.

I do believe that genocide should involve the factor of intent. It is typical that criminals who have had a sense of intent for the crime that they committed receive a harsher sentence than those criminals who commit a crime for no reason or just for the hell of it. I also do not believe that there should be a broad definition to allow discretion. Discretion should occur in special circumstances when there are multiple crimes or other similar situations where genocide is not the only criminal act committed. Discretion is a powerful ability to give somebody, there is an opportunity to abuse it and manipulate it into one's agenda or doing. In the event that there was a more broad definition, I believe it would allow people who did not necessarily commit what we define as a genocidal action to then be sentenced for genocide. This could cause a different type of sentencing disparity that we have not really seen. We are aware of the disparities that occur due to race or gender, but if we made the definition of genocide more broad we might see a disparity for those who do not deserve the sentence we have given them. It seems like a far stretch but the generalization of genocide could be a downfall. We have set guidelines for murder, first degree versus second degree versus felony murder, manslaughter, voluntary versus involuntary, so it would simply make sense if we implemented the same strict guidelines for genocide as well.
