Jonathan Creaghan
Jonathan Creaghan has spent 20 years advising family run companies.
He specializes on the Human Side helping families successfully transition
to the next generation. His own family operated a successful multi-location
retail business for 125 years, until family strife and loss of vision prevented
it from competing in a changing retail marketplace. He is deeply motivated to
help other family businesses thrive into the next generation.
Jonathan believes that businesses ultimately succeed or fail because of the
