This document outlines a three step process of Discover, Advise, Deliver for providing corporate governance services. The first step is to Discover or confirm existing governance needs and problems. The second step is to Advise clients as a trusted advisor on solutions to meet their needs. The third step is to Deliver fit-for-purpose and cost effective services through on-demand access to advisors and collaboration with clients.

2. Discover – Advise - Deliver
We acknowledge the difficulty of identifying or confirming the corporate governance
problems or needs you might be faced with. We help you Discover and/or confirm what
those are. We also help you learn and raise in-house awareness.
We Advise you accordingly. The problem or need is only the start of the journey. We work
with you on identifying and designing the fit-for-purpose and cost effective solution.
We help you Deliver by providing elastic services and on-demand access to quality
advisors to deliver the solution in collaboration with your people.
We can be involved in those three stages or only focus on the one you need help with.
We can play the role of a trusted advisor ongoing or just when you need us.
We tailor the level of service and support to fit your needs and budget.
