2. Our time frame was two weeks to plan and produce our production, we used
our time quite sufficiently as we at first noted down all the scenes we were
going to record, where we were going to record and what costumes we would
need in order to portray the right image of the preliminary task. We used
methods such as brainstorming in order to develop and elaborate on ideas, we
also used a spider diagram to explore the development of ideas such as
characters, plots, storyline, location and securing actors. This was efficient as
we developed our ideas and had a clear understanding of what it was we
wanted to film and how we wanted the audience to interact and interpret the
scenes. We wanted to ensure that we used the three camera techniques which
were match-on-match action, shot-reverse-shot and 180 degree rule
successfully, we did this through our planning and our story board.
3. The methods used were effective as it allowed everyone to discuss their
views and opinions as well as the outcomes we as a group wanted. This was
effective in the cause that all group member's had their opinions voiced as
well as it was not dominated by one person but everyone included some of
their ideas, this then lead us to construct one main focus which we
developed.
It also gave us a clear and much more realistic perspective as some of the
ideas would have not been achievable in the time given. Therefore, through
using these methods we developed a clear story board with realistic and
achievable goals without much conflict and disagreement. Not only this but
these were easy and approachable methods where we all worked as a unit.

7. Our influence was to show that audience that regardless of having been
involved in crime in the past, it is not too late to restrain from it or to improve
your life without having to be involved in it. This is because there is a tendency
of teenagers being involved in crime so we wanted to create a series of scenes
which showed that being free of a life of crime opens more doors to you than
being involved in it. However, you canโt live both lives this shown towards the
end of the clip because although the character thought he got away he hadnโt.
This then reinforces the message that a life without crime allows more doors to
be opened for you. Therefore, we wanted the audience to receive the message
that which a life without crime is a better life than one of crime.
8. We met our original ideas in case of our product having portrayed the influence of
our first given ideas however, there were things which we could have improved on.
โข One being having not used a microphone, this is as in some scenes we could
not hear all the dialogue some of the characters were given. However, this was
improved whilst editing by raising the volume in the scene but in the future to
prevent this we will use a microphone so that the dialogue is picked up by the
mic.
โข Another problem with our product was that we did not use time efficiently. This
is because we wanted to perfect the scenes therefore, spent too much time on
trying to get them perfect that in the end we began to run out of time.
โข We also had some technical problems with the computers as there was not
enough storage on them to upload our clips. This then meant that we could not
upload them or edit them meaning that we had less time to edit them.

10. Camera Composition & Movement of Shots
โข Camera composition is what is presently in presence of the lense and being
captured or caught on camera. For example, close shot, medium shot, long
shot, and wide shot.
โข Movement is the effect and outcome which tilting and panning has on the shots.
11. Mise on scene is the arrangements of
scenery and stage properties. It is made
up of:
โข Settings and Props
โข Costume, Hair and Makeup
โข Facial expressions and Body
Language
โข Lighting and Colour
โข Position of characters/objects within
the frame
12. Diegetic sound are sounds which the character can hear, it is a literal and
actual sound which is implied to be present.
Non-diegetic sound is a sound which is added in post production for dramatic
effect like for example, a narrators voice.
