Getting requirement of material/equipment/machinery from the
department concerned, floating the enquiry / preparation of
comparative statements and placement of order to the right
party.
Comprehensive follow up with the supplier(s) / consultant for
timely supply of material / drawings and documents related to
project.
Preparation of Formats for Advance Bank Guarantee (ABG),
Performance Bank Guarantee and Advance cum Performance
Bank Guarantee and ensure submission to the manufacture /
supplier.
Keeping proper track of payments in accordance with the
terms and condition of order in respect of advances /
retaining.
Payment Advice to HO as per the payment terms laid in the
Purchase Order viz. Advance against ABG, Advance against
mobilizing the site (In case of Erection / fabrication orders),
Payment against submission of drawing / PO copies of Bought
out items etc and keeping proper record of the same.
Overall assistance to Chief General Manager in respect of
Commercial Matter(s) and Project Activities vis-à-vis HR
Functions viz. recruitment + induction of New Employee(s) +
Finalization of CTC etc are being done by me. In short, HR
Function(s) as per company norms is being governed by me
under kind supervision of Executive President.
Recruitment of Manpower at various units as per the strength
chart and requirement
Preparation of Letter of Intent to new employee and
appointment letter in due course
Preparation of Letter of Intent to new employee and
appointment letter in due course.
Supervision of HR Policy in respect of perks and other
facilities like Electricity / Vehicle / Telephone etc.
Correspondence with the parties as directed by Executive
President / Chief General Manager and other Panel Members
