WHO WE ARE: Ayse Demir: An experienced teacher of literature in turkey Debra McDowell: Permanent Sub- Hampton Bays Elementary School  George B. Hartman Graduated in 1976 with a provisional certificate for Secondary Ed. Social Studies but never taught. Instead has spent 25+ years in the corporate Information Technology field mainly with financial entities. After being downsized for a second time in 2006 decide to pursue my dream of being a teacher.

What We Are About: The impact that culture has on our society is growing We are a group of teachers with an ambition to learn and teach about different cultures through the process of art Raise awareness of visual and multicultural arts Create new horizons for the willing who leverages from cultural diversities
Discovering Cultures Lifestyles~ The different back grounds Customs ~ students who have different back ground and cultures and how we can manage the differences as a teacher..  Cultural Acceptance~ students will learn to be more comfortable with more diverse cultures if they are more familiar with the different customs, fashions and arts that represent different cultures.
Fashions Children can learn about different cultures through viewing pictures of the different fashions that represent various cultures Hungarian Dance Dress Irish Dance Dress
