The Aliada project aims to enhance the accessibility of library and museum data by integrating it into the semantic web and automating its publication as linked open data. This initiative focuses on breaking the isolation of cultural data, making it machine-readable, and allowing data from various domains to interact. Funded by the European Commission, the project involves collaboration among institutions from Hungary, Italy, and Spain, and strives to maintain industry standards while being user-friendly for librarians and curators.
