Arnold Schwarzenegger had a difficult childhood growing up with an abusive father in Austria. He took up bodybuilding at age 15 and found success winning several titles. He immigrated to the United States in 1968 where he mentored under Joe Weider and went on to win Mr. Universe at age 20 and 6 Mr. Olympia titles. Schwarzenegger has since become heavily involved in charity work through organizations like the Special Olympics and Inner City Games Foundation.
