 Easily accessible to industrial areas such as
wockhadrt.
 Emerging residential hub.
 Amalgamation of residential, commercial
and industrial zone in the near-by area
of the site, therefore there is a need of a
recreational space.
 Since Garware stadium is located beside the site,
there is no chance of further development of high
rise building enabling the building on the proposed
site to have unrestricted view and ventilation.
