This document describes the properties of Masterbond EP30-2 epoxy adhesive. It has low outgassing rates making it suitable for vacuum applications. It was tested and approved by LIGO for critical bonding applications. The adhesive is optically clear, has high physical strength with tensile lap shear of 3000-3200 psi on aluminum, is cryogenically serviceable from 4K to 300°F, and is dimensionally stable.
