Application Support Analyst
Tasks
• Understand the business, technical and operation requirements of the supported
applications
• Provide 2nd
level support for internal PC Applications – operation, maintenance,
version upgrade
• Provide ad-hoc on-call support for business critical PC Applications
• Participate and drive application enhancement and new development project
• Work with internal departments and with external SW partners and providers
Requirements
• Fluent written and spoken English
• General knowledge of Java script development
• General database knowledge on MSSQL; SQL statements, indexes
• General Internet technologies and WEB application development skills
Advantages:
• University or College degree in Computer Science, Information systems or
equivalent
• Java script development; Java/J2ee; Apache Tomcat; IIS; .NET; ASP.NET
• General database knowledge on Oracle; MySQL
• General Linux knowledge/experience
• Work experience in a multinational environment is an advantage
