I declare that I will deposit all my original certificates and Indemnity bond from my parents to ECIL, and will be kept in ECIL custody.

I declare that if I get my job on my own, I will submit the appointment order of my job where I join after the training. I am aware that the salary from
the employing company shall be paid to the same bank account given in this application. After three months salary is credited, I shall submit the
bank statement to you and only then I will get back my Original Certificates.
I hereby declare that I am fully aware and am consented to that the course I am attending is very important and should not be discontinued at any
cost and if discontinued I will have to pay back the total fees of the program as well as the stipend received till that date and only then I can claim
back my original certificates deposited in your custody.
