My favorite cake is an
apple pie and I often
bake it with my
brother.
Components
:
• 51 decagrams of wheat
flour
• 15 decagrams of powdered
sugar
• two eggs
• 15 decagrams of margarine
or butter
• 12 decagrams of crem 18%
• 15 gram of baking powder
Filling:
• 1 kilogram apples
• 5 gram cinnamon
• 25 decagrams
sugar
Predation of dougle:
Margarine, grind with
powder sugar,add eggs,
dough, mix thoroughly.Add
the flour with baking
powder and knead
dough.Divide into two
parts. One part roll out
into a cake put it in
needed shape. Put in a
preheated over 200 °C
for 20 minutes.
Preparation of
filling:Clen and peeled apples,
mix with sugar and
cinnamon. Pour the
apples into a cooled
cake and cover them
with the remaining
sump dough. Put in the
over in 180 °C for 40
minutes. After
removing, sprinke with
powdered sugar.
