This document provides information about an APO Asian Country workshop on understanding productivity measurement in higher education that took place from August 7-10, 2017 in Indonesia. It also includes biographies and references for two resources persons, Dr. M M Bagali from India and SP Goyal from India, and mentions that there were expert discussions and a productivity matrix developed for higher education institutions.
