We first start to plan about APC in 1995, but we only implement the business plan in 2001 - I was selected by my family to be the president of APC because of my strong manufacturing knowhow and technical skills.

When I came to APC full time in 2007 my main goal was increasing quality and manufacturing performance using process and employees qualification.
