expert team creates a wide variety of PCBs for all

• Our high technology facility uses a digital manufacturing approach
for AOI, legend printer and bare board testing (BBT).
• We deliver the quality our customers expect by regularly investing in
brand new, state-of-the-art equipment.
• We carefully check all information and specifications supplied by
each customer using our in-depth engineering CAD/CAM system to
ensure any anomalies are resolved before manufacturing starts, or
tooling is made.

whether a product can be manufactured and if so, how this can be
achieved in the most effective manner. Our design engineers’ input
will have significant impact on not only the cost of manufacture but

PCB prototype – This process is essential when developing new
products and applications as it enables all aspects of the design to
be managed in a controlled and efficient manner. Making and testing
prototypes will be significantly less costly in time and money than
undertaking a production run.

Recycling waste
In our industry, being environmentally friendly can be
challenging, however we are committed to finding greener
ways of working and constantly adapt our manufacturing
processes to be kinder to the environment.

• A high proportion of factory waste is recycled to avoid

• All metals and fibreglass used in PCB manufacture
