Quality Control Manager
 Leading and closely working with the QC Team to implement the QA/QC Management system at
site.
 Create, update and maintain the project technical submittal log and all other project specific
quality control reports.
 Review shop drawings and technical submittals for conformance with project specifications by
reviewing and leveraging the knowledge and experience of others in the project team when
necessary.
 Preside and document weekly QC meeting with the superintendent and provide written minutes
as described in project specific contract documents.
 Prepare and provide daily QC reports and identify non-conformance work to be rectified in a
timely manner.
 Conduct preparatory, initial and follow-up meetings to establish an understanding of the
standards for each definable feature of works. Verify that checklists are being used and signed off
prior to proceed.
 Conduct and participate in the site internal and external audits.
 Verify and document that all materials received are in conformance with the approved material
submittal, handled and stored appropriately and are acceptable for use.
 Conduct preconstruction meeting with the subcontractors and superintendents in advance prior to
the start of each new phase of works.
 Conduct periodic follow-up inspection to verify that works are proceeding with the contract
documents and the approved submittals.
 Stop work if necessary to resolve issues that affect safety,quality and/or inhibit the logical
progress of works.

2.  Maintain the project “as-built drawings on a daily basis.
 Coordinate and document the testing and commissioning of building systems.
 Document and distribute pre-punchlists, punchlists and the completion of these lists.
 Document final inspection, certificates of occupancy and acceptance of the works.
 Assemble and submit project closeout documents that include O & M Manuals, As-built
Drawings and Warranties.
