About the Product
Any Service app aims to facilitate find technicians and real estate
opportunities and hotels and to find travel agencies and restaurants.
The TargetAudience
App targets all people in all the world to find appropriate technicians and
real estate opportunities and hotels and to find travel agencies
CustomerGoals
Find find appropriate technicians and real estate opportunities and
hotels and to find travel agencies easy and fast
BusinessGoals
Gain revenue from app with make subscriptionfor service providers and
for service providers ads.
What’s the problem ?
Problem is users faces difficulty to find app contain al appropriate
technicians and real estate opportunities and hotels and to find travel
agencies in one app.
Hypothesis
1-AnyServceApp service app will facilitate to customers to find all what
he want from all service providers types and also all realestate
properties and all used.
2- AnyServceApp will facilitate to all services providers to catch more
jobs and work easy and scheduled.
Job Stories
Based on Alan Klement concept of creating job stories, focusing
on Motivations, situations, and outcomes, I created job stories to
back up my hypothesis.
As a regular user When I want to buy or sell my old things I will
open my app and then select appropriate section for search to my
wanted items or to sell my old things.
As a technician when I need to get job I will open app and switch
my state to available to start receive customer orders.
As a technician office manager I want to a develop my business
so I will register my technicians on app and receive customer
orders and assign appropriate technician to customer order.
Business Requirements
For Services Providers
we mean with services providers all individuals and restaurants and all service
offices
1- All services providers will join AnyServceApp to offer their
service by choosing his experience area.
2- All service providers will appear in user search result while
their subscription is valid.
3- Service providers subscription has it’s own rules that will
decide how long time.
4- AnyServiceApp will allow many extra feature such as place
in seasearch result and can appear outside his city,country or
no.
5- AnyServiceApp will allow multiple subscription options to
help service providers to add multiple experience areas
6- For services providers offices will be trade subscription to
enable put multy ads throw app.
For Real estate
1- All individuals and real estate companies will have a variety
in membership types to allow users to select appropriate
subscription depend on their number of ads
2- App Owner will have the right of sales percentage and
customer will transfer this percent through paypal after
confirmed sales.
3- App will offer some extra features such as where to appear
user ads in app and where to appear in google map (his city
only , his country only , all the world) and so on ...
For Hotels
1- App will appear nearest hotels to users
2-Hotels will have to purchase subscription after free trial time
expired.
For Used Items
1- All individuals will have a ability to sell their used items
and if app admin make a policy for maximum numbers of ads
will display automatic in new ads.
Product Approach & Team
At Alexapps, we follow agile methodology than waterfall that can help
us to build and test product ideas quickly to reduce the overall
development time.

1- App designwill be part of Saudi Arabia culture (Country main
flag Colors,Famous country sites , Country culture folklore).
2- App registration form must be very minimum and suitable for busy
