His promises of true peace, true riches, true power, true love and true
hope! In order to continue building on this important ministry we need
your help whether it is providing supervision, leading, helping with crafts or a host of
other opportunities. For more information, or to volunteer please contact Rev. Janet

Summer is approaching and even though our regular church school program will end
on June 30th; we will be providing a church school program during the summer
months. As with previous years, instead of splitting into three classes, we will be
offering one class for all ages and we will be using the "Seasons of the Spirit"
curriculum. If you are interested in teaching a class for a week or two, please feel
free to sign your name on the Church School sign-up sheet at the Manderley Door
entrance or speak to Angela McCullock (Church School Coordinator) during Coffee
Hour. New teachers are welcome!
A message from Marcia Parum: The Plant Sale is now officially over and we made
just over $1,100, which we will donate to Canadian Indigenous Youth via the
Primates World Relief and Development Fund. I would personally like to thank the
following people who made this possible. Joe and Joey Parum, Mary Kennard,
Sonia Halloran, Jennie and Len Tippet, Diane Drake, Barb Betts, Vera Anderson,
Freda Gearing and Family, Joan Wright, the lady from the 10:30 service who always
brings the wonderful bamboo stakes and all the members of St. Nicks who
contributed and supported the sale with contributions and by purchasing the plants
and other items. Many, many thanks and congratulations. A special thanks goes to
my friend Dulce Campbell who made a very generous monetary contribution. Marcia

Bazaar News
Watch this space for information and ways you can help.
Is one of your summer projects to clean out your basement, cupboards, or attic?
When you do, please remember the Attic Treasures table at the Bazaar. We
can sell almost anything at this popular table! Please, good junk only - no 3
legged chairs or broken mirrors!
Also……if you come across some old linen, tablecloths, doilies, napkins – or
even good china cups and saucers, these can be sold on the Lavender and
Lace table.
If you are able to hold on to your items until the week before the Bazaar it would
be most appreciated, as we have very limited storage space at the church.
