This document contains a questionnaire about a customer's brand perception of home service provided by Exide batteries. The questionnaire asks customers about their use of Exide home UPS batteries, how they learned about Exide batteries, what attributes they consider when purchasing batteries, their satisfaction with after sales service, resolution times for issues, and whether they would recommend Exide batteries in the future. It is being conducted as part of a summer internship project to study the impact of home battery service on brand perception.
