My career in Mental Health Nursinghas spanned over 20 years. I bring cumulativeskills
and knowledge in sound clinical,educational,and leadership experienceprimarily in
community settings.I have worked in Intake and assessment,ward, NGO, and tertiary
settings in New Zealand and overseas.
My personal philosophy of nursingis grounded in psycho-social principles of social
empowerment, inclusion and trauma informed recovery focused interventions.I am
seeking opportunities to be partof a team working alongsideindigenous communities to
foster my professional growth as a practitioner where my skillscan contributeto positive
individual and community health outcomes.
