allowing it to inspire and improve wellness. I try to awaken and instill a commitment of yoga within
others which allows for them to set long term health and fitness goals to invigorate the body, awaken the
life energy within, while also stilling the mind. I also have experience and a degree in Psychology. I
have been a case worker and counselor dedicated to working with individuals to provide the highest
