8. Recommendations
Nancy M. Green, RN, MSN, CWOCN Nashoba Nursing Service and Hospice
•I had the pleasure of working with Sandria from 2008 until 2011 at Nashoba
Nursing Service and Hospice. I found Sandria to be a compassionate and
competent nurse who treated a variety of patients with a variety of medical
conditions. Sandria was an excellent team member and frequently communicated
with colleagues in ways to best meet the needs of her patients. Being the agency’s
CWOCN Sandria frequently referred patients to me and was always eager to learn
new techniques and then apply them to her practice. We often made joint visits
and I had the pleasure of observing her directly in practice. After she left our
agency to take a maternity leave many of her patients continued to ask about her
and her well being.
•I highly recommend Sandria to a new nursing position. I would gladly work
alongside Sandria at any time.
Sandra W Myer, RN,BSN Nashoba Nursing Service and Hospice
•It is with pleasure that I strongly recommend Sandria Savage, RN, BSN for your
employment. Her hard working ethic and enthusiasm are both uplifting
and inspirational. She engenders hope and optimism in others, both in patients
and staff and patients report that their needs have been addressed without
interruption or delay.
•I have known Sandria for 3 years and have worked as one of her mentors and
direct nursing supervisors. She works independently and establishes rapport and
trust quickly and provides smooth transition from hospital to home. Her
knowledge is current and up to date and her teaching skills provide patients with
much needed information
•Sandria is a loyal and dedicated nurse who puts her patients and their needs first
and advocates for the best possible care and comfort. Her work is thorough and
complete both in clinical expertise, teaching and documentation. She is reliable
and dependable and goes the "extra mile." It is a joy to work with Sandria
