At the library
A library (from French “librairie”, Latin “liber” =book) is
an organized collection of information resources like
books, periodicals, newspapers, manuscripts, films,
maps, documens, CDs, DVDs, audiobooks and other
formats.
A library is a big place, filled with thousands of
books. How do you find just the books you
need? A librarian is always there to assist you,
but you might want to find a book on your own
by catalogue, which is usually in a computer on
a table, easy to access and use.
You should be quiet in the library…
The University of Salamanca
Library in Spain
Philological
Library of the Free
University, Berlin,
Germany
The Royal Danish Library (the Black Diamond),
Bristol Central Library, Bristol, UK
The National Library of Spain was founded by
King Felipe V in 1712 as the Palace Public
Library.
Different great works of art and sculpture adorn
this beautiful biblioteca. They are researching and
archiving the history documents of Spain.
