Oceanside is privileged to work with top corporate clients from around the world, including
some of the best known brands in Canada. We have extensive experience in project recruitment
for our clients. Some of our recent successes include a volume recruit to supply 25 skilled
tradesmen for a large construction project; a hiring project for a large finance company. We
have been honoured to be able to place more than 400 candidates into their new roles over the
past 6 years. We know the market, we have a very strong candidate database and network, and
are ready to leverage that for you. Some examples of our roles we have recruited for and

THE PROCESS
Once a partnership agreement has been signed, Oceanside Recruitment Solutions will meet with
the hiring manager to create a job profile. During this meeting, we will also agree to the timeline
that search will be completed in and any other details.
After this meeting, Oceanside Recruitment Solutions will then identify and source the best talent
– through our extensive and current database, direct sourcing, as well as traditional methods
such as job ads, social media, print ads, and job fairs. All candidates will be tested to the agreed
upon job profile to ensure that they are a “FIT” beyond the resume and interview results.
TIMELINE
Oceanside Recruitment Solutions works on your timeline, meaning that as your trusted recruiting
partner, we will dedicate the resources needed to ensure that candidates fitting the job profile
are presented a timeline that fits your internal needs.
However, in general we will commence a search once the partnership agreement has been
signed, and if any engagement fee has been paid (if applicable), our goal is to have candidate
profiles in front of you within 1 week of commencing the search, and to have the final candidates
to the offer stage within 4 weeks of commencing the search. Depending on the nature of the
search, some timelines may be shorter.
Next Steps
Our next step will be to sit down and discuss your budget and timelines, and create a plan that
works and meets your business needs. As an incentive, any new client to engage Oceanside
Recruitment Services in a recruitment partnership during the months of April and May will
receive a 20% discount on their first two (2) recruits. This must be used before September 30,
2016.
