1. Analysis on Water Quality<br />One of the most important things that helps us humans survive in this world is water. The maintenance and quality of it is essential. There are three things that are important for the determination of the quality of the water; chemical composition, bacteria and the purity of it. These things are affected by social standards. There are many variables that affect the quality; for example: the favor of it, how it looks, and even the surface of it. Another important aspect that determines water quality is from where the water in your house comes. Some houses receive water from streams and others from aquifers; these are very important facts for determining water quality. A very important aspect that is affecting the water in Puerto Rico is that the amount of rain in the country is reducing every year. There are other variables like biological ones; soil composition, animals, and climate. Human variables like agriculture, urban areas, and management of residues. We can see that the study of water quality is not easy because of the many variables that are dependent on it. The most common method use for analyzing water quality results is the average, mode and median. This method of analyzing data is simplified with the program Excel. <br />Cristina M.
