An offshore complex is surveyed and modelled using photogrammetry to ensure modifications achieve a first time fit. Zero re-work was the goal and was readily attained. Project managed by Gerard Hind.

1. Alignment report for cooler east

As the two frames and cooler unit are
not in the complete assembled
position.
The data acquired on site cannot be
verified against the installed position.
Any mis-alignment of any of the units
will result in a change to the given
values of the spool flange.
Dimensional control cannot account
for that difference.
